We tried recipe after recipe — adjusting ratios, testing chocolate percentages, experimenting with fillings — until we landed on something we were genuinely obsessed with. Dense, fudgy, crinkle-topped brownies that hit differently from anything you'd find in a store.
What started as weekend baking became a passion project, and then a brand. Every brownie we make is still made by hand, in small batches, with the same care as that very first tray.
